The 12 km route first takes you through the beautiful, varied forests of Orderbos, Willemsbos, and Van der Huchtbos tot he main rest stop at Caesarea (where a local products market is set up!), and goes back along the springs. The 20 km route continues across the heath of Ugchelse Berg. The 30 km and 40 km routes continue to Hoenderloo, where the 40 km route includes an additional loop to camping site ‘t Spoek. Then it’s on to the finish! Enjoy the well-deserved flowers, music, and warm welcome from the organizers, friends, and family. You’ve completed four days of walking. The distance doesn’t matter as much—you’ve been able to enjoy the beautiful walking moments that Apeldoorn and the Veluwe have to offer. Feel free to relax and savor the experience with a drink and a chat. Perhaps until next year?
